ASSISTANCE REQUEST FORM
By submitting this form online to the TIWB Secretariat, your tax administration or competent authority initiates its request for a programme under the TIWB initiative. Upon completion, you will receive a PDF copy of this TIWB Assistance Request Form from the Secretariat. This form must be signed by the Head of your tax administration or competent authority and returned to the TIWB Secretariat via the TIWB Portal online.
If you do not know the programme number of your current TIWB programme, please contact the Secretariat for assistance. If your tax administration does not currently have an ongoing TIWB programme, you cannot request an Industry Expert. Industry Expertise programmes may only run simultaneously with and as a complement to ongoing TIWB programmes.

ABOUT THE HOST ADMINISTRATION
A Host Administration may be any department of government tasked with the collecting of tax revenues, undertaking tax crime investigations to resolve complex cases of tax evasion, exchanging information on financial accounts of non-residents on an automatic basis under the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), and/or drafting commercial contracts, settlements or arbitration.
